4. You may not, under any circumstances, share the program you've purchased with anyone else. Failure to abide by this rule may result in additional charges and in some cases, prosecution. Our product is intended for your personal use only and may not be disseminated without our consent.

5. Your access to our software is at your sole option, discretion and risk. We will not be held responsible for any computer malfunctions nor mishaps created by the user(s) attempt to use our product in any way for which it wasn't intended.

6. Any fraudulent use of credit card and or checks, or misrepresented chargebacks through your bank for the purpose of obtaining our products will result in prosecution. Chargebacks placed through your bank or credit card company after obtaining downloaded software are considered fraud and will be prosecuted as such. Additionally, the matter will be sent to a collection agency for recovery of all fees. All fees left unpaid will be reported to your governing credit bureau and may consequently appear on your credit report as unpaid debt.

7. Purchase and consequent installation of this product constitutes full agreement to both the terms and conditions located on this website and the user agreement associated with the install file.
